    I have generated a share code, but the organisation checking it says it does not work. Where can I get support?

    Check you have requested the correct type of code (Right to Work - share codes start with the letter 'W', Right to Rent - share codes start with the letter 'R', Something else - share codes start with the letter 'S').

    You can also try checking it yourself, as if you are the checking organisation - see this FAQ  for the relevant websites to use. 

    Remember it runs out 90 days after being generated.
