LATEST NEWS: LONGER COVID ABSENCES NOT BREAKING 'CONTINUOUS RESIDENCE'
5 June 2021 - Thanks to the work of the charity Here for Good, the Home Office allowed the sharing of their Acknowledgment of Service, setting out their proposals for the new EUSS Covid-19 Guidance due on 11 June: Absences longer than 12 months for COVID-19 reasons will not break "continuous residence".
