Monique volunteered for the3million for several years while working as a senior software developer, until she became a full-time employee in 2021. The skills developed during her time in IT are put to use in analysing the issues reported to us by EU citizens and others. The understanding gained feeds directly into our work, for example through reports to the Independent Monitoring Authority.
