REGISTER TO VOTE IN THE MAY 2018 LOCAL ELECTIONS!
MAKE YOUR VOICE COUNT!
All EU citizens can vote in local UK elections and your voice could make a big difference – please use it!
The next local and mayoral elections in England are on 3rd May 2018.
This might be the last chance for EU citizens to vote in UK local elections – we don’t know if that right will be retained after Brexit in March 2019.
Registering to vote takes five minutes:
1. Have your National Insurance number ready
2. Go to gov.uk/register-to-vote and follow the instructions
If you are already registered to vote and your details haven't changed, you don't need to register again. To find out if you are registered, contact your local electoral registration office.
The deadline for registering before the election is 17th April
